THE CHRISTMAS GIFT GUIDE | LIFESTYLE

Today I'll share the second part of my Christmas gift guide with you. After sharing some budget Christmas ideas with you the other day, I also wanted to share some lifestyle gift ideas with you. Lifestyle gifts are perfect for when someone just moved into a new place, or if you and your family and/or friends are really into lifestyle! Sometimes it's hard to really figure out what someone likes, as lifestyle gifts usually are quite personal. So these gifts are perfect if you're looking for that special and meaningful gift for someone who just moved into a new place!

Fashion illustrations and other prints

The first gift guide idea to give to someone you care about is a fashion illustration or any sort of print that you (and the one you're gifting it to) like. For example if your friend is really into fashion and cool and artsy fashion illustrations I would recommend having a look at Etsy or Desenio. They have some really cool fashion and world map prints. However, if you're quite good at drawing yourself, I would recommend drawing the one who the gift is for. I'm not really a good drawer myself, but how cool would it be to receive a fashion illustration that your friend made!

Coffee table books

Another thing that I love to receive and give away is books. Especially useful books. I personally prefer to receive and gift either cook books, fashion books or photography books. I like to make sure that the books also look very pretty, so that when they have finished reading the books, they can put them on a cute little table stacked, so a room can look really pretty and instagram worthy!

DIY photo book

Another, very creative idea to give as a lifestyle gift is a DIY photo book. I love taking photos with my friends and have so many amazing (and horrible) photos from when we first became friends up until now. These photos have such a special meaning and thought behind every single one of those photos. So why don't you print all of these photos online and make a little scrapbook of all of your memories together and lots of cute little messages! It's a cute and very thoughtful gift to look back on and to revisit certain places and memories with each other in a little photo book!

Plants

Okay, so I know you know that I have this huge obsession with cacti (or cactuses) and I am at that point in my life where whenever I see one when I'm with someone I force them to buy one too. Most of my friends got infected by the cacti obsession because of me, so I feel like giving a few cacti for Christmas would be so cute if you're just moving into a new place! Not only cacti look cute, but you could buy your friends and/or family a few succulents and even aloe vera plants. Depending on what they like! I usually get my cacti at Ikea or my local garden center!

Candles

I am a huge candle freak, and I honestly think that gifting me some candles for Christmas is the best present you could give me. However, gifting candles can be quite difficult, as it's something that is quite personal, just like gifting a perfume. However, if you know what sort of candles the other person likes, it's so much fun to gift. I don't have a ton of money, so I usually end up buying candles from Marks and Spencer, Primark, TK Maxx and Yankee Candle. They have lots of variety, and you can't really go wrong when buying candles there! Sometimes when I pop into interior stores, they also tend to have a few affordable candles, that I also buy. But if you're looking to spend a bit more on candles, you could always go for Diptyque candles or Jo Malone candles.

Those were all of the gift ideas for the lifestyle lovers. I really hope I gave you a bit of inspiration to maybe also give a few stocking fillers as well as giving the ones you care about something lifestyle related.
On Monday I will be sharing my final Christmas gift guide with you. This gift guide will be the 'semi-luxury' Christmas gift guide!
